• 3D visual images of the project if required
• Planning drawings, completion of forms, liaison with Local Authority
• Building Regulations drawings & details including all liaison with Building Control
• Liaison with other specialists including Structural Engineers, to obtain calculations  & designs (design costs not included in our fees)
• Support & advice throughout the whole process.
• On approval, copies of all plans, photos, forms & approval documentation in a binder.

Please note that the nature of our work is limited to the initial design, Planning & Building Regulation approval only processes only, and the plans produced are not working drawings. We do not engage in site supervision or are required to have any contact with your builder unless agreed beforehand.
